Surya Kriya / Surya Shakti / Yogasana / Angamardana

No pregnancy
Those with vertigo should not practice Bhastrika Kriya
People with following conditions should consult a doctor before practicing:
Back, neck, leg, or hip disease
Active Hernia
Injury
Artificial Joint replacement
Heart disorder
