1. Terms and Conditions :  

By proceeding with this transaction I/we understand that the transaction is final and once the payment is made, we are not eligible for any refunds. 

2. Terms and Conditions for Cauvery Calling training program:

These Terms and Conditions (“ Terms & Conditions/Terms ”) are legally binding between you (" You ") and Isha Outreach (" We " or " Us ") for your registration to pay and to participate in the Cauvery Calling training programs. Kindly read the following terms and conditions carefully, as these terms constitute an agreement between You and Isha Outreach. By registering for the training program, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is Your responsibility to have read these terms and conditions before registration. You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion.


3. User Registration:

    a. Anyone can register for the ‘Cauvery Calling training program’’. But no one under 18 years shall register on his/her own and/or provide any personal information without parental consent.

    b. Further, I/we confirm that all personal details provided in this form are true and correct. I/we further agree to indemnify Isha Outreach against any and all claims, losses and damages that may arise out of false or incorrect information submitted by You

c. To register for the “Cauvery calling training program”, You must provide true, complete and  accurate details/information as asked for in the registration page.

    d. Your registration for the ‘Cauvery calling training program’ will be complete only after You receive an SMS/WhatsApp message/email confirming Your registration.

     e. The Program registrations are subject to availability.

    f. Please note that the check-in counters at the venue will be open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM only. We request you to plan your travel accordingly as we will not be able to accommodate check-ins outside these timings.

    g. Please carry valid Govt. id proof along with you.


4. Payment:  

The payment must be made in full, at the time of registration. We accept the following modes of payment, i.e. Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, e-Wallets ,NEFT through e-collect code and UPI. In the event of non-compliance and non-fulfillment of any prerequisites mentioned in these Terms & Conditions, We reserve the right to cancel Your registration and the refund will be processed as per the cancellation and refund policy provided below.

We may contact You in future to provide information and support for any online sessions in relation to the Cauvery Calling training program that may be conducted for them through SMS/WhatsApp/email.


5. Refund Policy: Payment once made cannot be canceled or refunded. In case You are not able to participate in the program or the program is canceled due to any reason,  you can attend any later program within one year from the date of the original program.


6. Transfer:  

No transfers will be allowed.


7. Privacy:  

The payment details provided by You shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving the payment to be made by You to Us. In order to securely provide Our Services, we use trusted Payment Gateway Service Providers (currently CCAvenue® & City Union Bank., but may be subject to change from time to time). We do not store Your banking information with Us, therefore You understand that the Payment Gateway Service Providers have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions in respect to the information you provide. We recommend that You read their privacy policies and terms and conditions so You can understand the manner in which Your personal information and Your banking details will be handled by these service providers hereon and we shall not be responsible for the same. 

Please review Our Privacy Policy which also governs Your registration, to understand Our practices. The personal information/data provided to Us by You during the registration will be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations of India. If You object to Your information being transferred or used, please do not proceed for the registration.

We may choose to send you information regarding any future programs/events, etc., which may be conducted by Us. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can opt out of such information.


8. Force Majeure:  

In the event that it is made impossible or impractical for Us to proceed with or carry out “Cauvery Calling training program” in whole or in part, due to any natural calamity, general or specific order of government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, pandemic, epidemic, destruction of facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond Our reasonable control, as a result thereof, We may delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel the training program, and will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by You.


9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:  

In the event of any dispute between the parties, the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such disputes. If there is any conflict between these terms and rules and/or specific Terms & Conditions appearing on the Site relating to specific issues, then the latter shall prevail. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.


10. COVID 19:  

All guidelines and social distancing protocols in accordance with the notification/guidelines/orders issued by the government, local health officials and Us must be adhered to. 

    a. It is mandatory to wear a mask at all times.

    b. In the event you develop any COVID-19 symptoms during the Program, your participation in the Program will be terminated immediately. In such a case,  you can attend any later program within one year from the date of the original program.


11. Medical Guidelines :

     a. The Participant shall ensure that all the information which You have provided is true and complete.

       b. You must carry your regular medications while attending the Program.

      c. In the event of a medical condition arising during the Program, You agree to abide by the recommendations made in Your best interests by the medical team in charge of the Program. This might include taking medications, referral to a nearby hospital for further care, discontinuing the Program or leaving the Program venue.

     d. If You experience any symptoms of COVID-19, You shall inform Us and must leave the Program immediately.

    e. You fully understand the risks involved due to COVID–19 and are aware of all the regulations/safety guidelines prescribed by the Government. You undertake that You will strictly follow the same. You shall not hold Us responsible for Your acts of negligence in this regard and shall indemnify Us from any liability arising out of it.

      f. If You do not comply with the recommendations of the medical team, You will be requested to discontinue the Program.


12. Admission:  

We reserve the right to allow admission into the Program venue and/cancellation of Your participation at Our sole discretion.


13. Code of Conduct:

    a. You agree to behave in such a way as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment while at the Program.

    b. You agree not to smoke, drink alcohol or consume any hallucinogenic or banned drugs.

  c. You agree not to engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with the Program or other individuals’ participation in the Program.

   d. You will comply with all applicable laws and agree not to engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory or threatening speech or behavior, including relating to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability.

    e. Participants engaging or threatening to engage in such behavior will be requested to leave the Program or related Program immediately, and such Participants will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid towards their participation in the Program.

   f. If You witness such behavior, please promptly contact a Program volunteer in order to take appropriate action.

    g. You shall avoid using cell phones during training and class. 

   h. Unexpected inability to continue participation in training due to any acceptable reasons will be permitted only at the discretion of the coordinator and management. 

    i. You can carry valuables at Your own risk.

    j. The decision of the training coordinator is final in case of any dispute.

    k. You are responsible for keeping the farm and accommodation premises clean.


14. Assumption of Risk:  

You acknowledge and agree that Your attendance and participation in the Program is voluntary. You agree to assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the Program to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

To the extent permissible by law, You agree to indemnify Us against any and all claims, actions, losses and damages arising out of or relating to Your participation in the Program.


15. License to Use Items: 

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Program, You grant Us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license throughout the world and in perpetuity to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute or translate, for promotional/educational purposes, all or any part of the following items ("Items"): (a) all still photographs (b) all audio and video recordings in connection with the Program. You consent to the use of the Items pursuant to the foregoing in perpetuity without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from You and waive any moral rights You may have in the Items.


16. Waiver of Liability: 

In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the Program, You hereby warrant and represent that You are at least 10 years of age with parental consent or above 18 years of age and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Us or Our members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that You may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the Program, unless the said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Us. This Waiver of Liability is specifically binding upon Your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given by You.


17. Limitations of Liability

In no event will We or Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use of the Site, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the cost of the Program.


18. Indemnification: 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your participation of the Program and/or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.


Terms and Conditions for Cauvery Calling Live streaming and Webinar based training programs:

 By participating in this Live Stream event, I agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  i. I understand that Cauvery Calling owns all rights, titles and interests in all of the Content. Nothing in this Terms of Use agreement shall be construed as granting You any copyright or other intellectual property rights and all rights shall be retained by us.

  ii. I agree not to record (directly or indirectly), download, modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way this event in whole or in part.

  iii. I understand that any copying including recording of the event is not authorized.

  iv. I agree to behave in such a way as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment while at the Program. 

  v. I agree not to smoke, drink alcohol or consume any hallucinogenic or banned drug while attending the Program. 

 vi. I agree not to engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with the Program or other individuals’ participation in the Program. 

 vii. I will comply with all applicable laws and agree not to engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory or threatening speech or behavior, including relating to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability. 

 viii. I understand that failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in the loss of access to future event broadcasts by Isha Outreach.

 ix. If others will be participating in the viewing of the event with me as a group, I will ensure that they have read and agreed to the conditions of this agreement.

 x. I agree and understand that my user link and password are solely for my use and are not to be shared with anyone.

 xi. I understand that Isha Outreach is not responsible for any technical difficulties or problems that may be incurred in the receipt of the live broadcast.

 xii. I understand that I am to ensure that my web browser is up-to-date, and that I am to have a strong internet connection in order to experience a high-quality Livestream.

    xiii. I understand the Hardware Requirements for the program is :    Laptop/desktop computer.


Miscellaneous: 

The Terms & Conditions listed herein are subject to change from time to time. Any modifications to the "Terms & Conditions" will be posted on the Site. The modified Terms & Conditions shall also be binding upon You.

The “Cauvery Calling training program” is subject to changes as per the directions issued by the Government and the local health authorities from time to time.

You agree that Your failure to adhere to any of the Terms & Conditions set out above, or any other provision of these Terms & Conditions, shall constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions on Your part, which may result in the termination of Your access to the Site and/or registration for “Cauvery Calling training program”.

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

You agree that these Terms & Conditions will not be construed against Us by virtue of having drafted them.
