Session Timings: 12 July : Morning 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM and Evening 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
13 July : Morning 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM

Please come on an empty stomach condition:
Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, beverage 1.5 hours before the class.

Precautions:
Pregnant women and people with serious back disease should not practice Surya Kriya
Major surgery: Wait for 6 months
Minor surgery: Wait for 6 weeks
No pregnancy

People with any injury/disease/artificial joint replacement should consult a doctor before practicing.
